I live in Southsea, Hampshire. It's not a million miles away from where my nan grew up in Sidlesham, West Sussex. In fact, it's only 23! 

I have been fundraising and volunteering for the Alzheimer's Society since 2013 and would really appreciate your support for my latest venture - walking from my house to the one my nan grew up in.
