Many of you who know me will know my beautiful Nanna is still battling with Alzheimer's disease. This has been such a difficult time for my family but with all the research and help that is done through the Alzheimers Society we have been able to cope that little bit easier. Alzheimers is a dreadful disease but it is one that many people fear to accept, this is why the Society provide a significant amount of support and guidance, not just those who are battling with the disease like my Nanna, but other people such as relatives and close ones. So in light of this I want to give back and continue to make people aware of Alzheimers, I am doing this by taking part in raising money for Alzheimers with my family and for the Society. The awareness of Alzheimers is growing more and more each day and hopefully, one day we can find a cure. This wouldn't be possible without everyone donating, so please please give something, the smallest of donations help fund the vast amount of work that goes in to helping those with the disease and finding a cure for Alzheimers.
