Story
I have been working for more than twenty years in the field of domestic abuse and violence against women and girls, from a BME perspective.
Time and time again I have met women who have survivedviolence and have told me how Bawso proved to be their only lifeline.
In order to keep this lifeline in place it is increasinglycritical that survivors, supporters, community leaders, professionals andpractitioners come together to volunteer time and raise funds for this vitalwork.
I am joining the sponsored Bawso Team to walk the CardiffHalf Marathon in support of our work to eradicate Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).
