For those of you who know me you will be aware that I am not fit, I can barely run a mile, which is why I need everyone to donate to this great cause and help encourage me and keep me motivated whilst in training to smash the 5km run on 18th April 2015.

This is going to be one of the hardest things I will have done in my life and all your support is greatly appreciated by myself and by this worthy charity.
