We raise funds at Nottingham to transform lives.

Story

Now anyone with dementia, anywhere, can join us.  On alternate Mondays, from 11-noon UK time, you too can join us on Zoom.  Just email powerofmusic@nottingham.ac.uk to receive the link.

After pausing group singing to adjust to lockdown, we have restarted online, thanks to Angela and Paul from Songtime.  The hour includes physical and vocal warm-up exercises. Each week the songs have  a theme.

But the donations have almost been spent up, and if we are to continue into 2021 we need more help from kind people who understand the importance of singing for people with dementia. We need £4,400 to provide fortnightly singing sessions for one year.  This all goes to the professional artists.  Please help us if you can.
