Story

*** UPDATE 2021***

Assalamu’Alaykum & Hello to all,

As you may remember, last year I raised money for Syrian refugees as I was planning to fly over to Jordan with the Human Relief Foundation to deliver aid to those in need. However, due to COVID-19 it kept getting delayed.

Allhamdulillah in Ramadan, I will be flying to Lebanon to deliver emergency aid to Syrian refugees that are desperately in need. (Originally, I was planning to go Jordan however due to the current situation am not able to do so) The money is still being given to the original cause, which is Syrian refugees that need basic essentials such as food, water, clothes & oil for heating etc.

As I will be visiting Lebanon in Ramadan, we will be delivering many food parcels especially in the blessed time of Ramadan. My original target was £4,000 and you all helped me to raise £4,283. So, in the time leading up to my deployment and during, I aim to try to reach £5,000 in total! So if you can, please donate generously whatever is in your means, and share with others!

** I will be accepting cash donations too so I can personally give out cash to our brothers & sisters over there! (DM me for bank details)

I will be posting loads of content on my IG stories when I fly over there so keep an eye out (@murad_mo_kibria)

Thank you for all the support and I pray Allah accepts our donations and efforts. Ameen.

 Love from your Brother,

Murad K.

AssalamuAlaykum to all my friends, families & brothers/sisters who have come to visit this page.

InShaAllah, I will be visiting Jordan in June 2020, to visit Syrian refugees to deliver aid to those in need.

As you may know, there has been major conflict in Syria for many years now, where so many innocent men, women & kids have been killed, or have fled from their homes in search of safety. Many of those who refuged, have come to Jordan. Although they are at less risk of harm, they are severely struggling with basic essentials of life: Food, Water, Accommodation, Medical aid, Blankets etc. I will be visiting the Zataari camp which is the largest Syrian refugee camps housing 85,000 refugees, who all need our help.

This is something I have been wanting to do for a very long time, and Allhamdulillah I found this opportunity to deliver your Zakaat and Sadaqah first hand.  However to be able to do this, I have a target of £4000 which I need you all to contribute, not to help me, but to help our brothers & sisters who are in desperate need of our help.

The money raised will go towards a variety of projects that will alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people including:

- Orphans - £35 per month / £420 yearly.
- Rent - Any amount.
- Medical treatment - Any amount.
- Hygiene kits - Any amount.
- Blankets - £15 for one blanket
- Heaters - Any amount.
- Food Packs - £60 for 1 food pack to last a month towards a family of 5-6 people.

Please donate generously for the sake of Allah. Every penny helps. May Allah make it easy for all those who are in need. May Allah accept our efforts & donations. Ameen.
Any questions, please don’t hesitate in contacting me!
P.S. If you are a UK tax payer, please do tick the gift aid box as it helps even more!

Thank you!
