Story
"Muhammad's time with us was like a ray of sunshine. His radiant smile and beaming innocence brightened so many people's lives. We thank you sincerely for being part of his journey. Whilst his light is no longer in our skies, we still feel his warmth and love. We pray the glowing embers of his memory will spark in your life a new glistening dawn, brimming with the beautiful spirit of Muhammad."

Despite being born with a fatal heart condition Muhammad Hassam lived his 13 years in this world to the fullest. Awarded "the student who smiled the most" at his high school, Muhammad never complained, always looked at the best in people and left an indelible mark on the hearts of anyone and everyone he met. Muhammad's physical heart was literally three times the size it should have been; he sadly never recovered after his heart transplant and was thus buried with two hearts.
