Julie and I are cancer nurses on the acute oncology ward and chemotherapy unit at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. We are running the Tough Mudder 12 mile obstacle course to raise money for the Sussex Cancer Fund, a great charity that works with the NHS to create new and improved facilities providing the best possible cancer care for Sussex.

We'll be jumping into ice pits, crawling under barbed wire and getting very VERY muddy! (Also being electrocuted at the end, something Julie has only just found out about!)

Any money raised will go directly to helping the patients we treat and their families through a very difficult time, any contribution will be greatly appreciated!
