Hi, somehow I've been persuaded to join some friends to take part in the Muddy Dog Challenge later this month.

For those of you who know me, mud and I are not friends - the thought of tackling lots of obstacles and sliding through mud feels me with horror but I am prepared to give it my all to support Battersea.

Lexi is joining me and is really looking forward to the mud - I have a dog bag ready for transporting her home - my white dog will definitely not be white by the end!

As you know, Battersea offer their love and expert care to dogs and cats who need them by rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals at their centres, and by sharing their knowledge and resources with rescue organisations around the world.

Any donation will help them provide love and care for the thousands of dogs and cats that come into their care, and even those that might never find their way to a Battersea centre.
