Anyone that has had the all too common misfortune of being affected by the cruel impact of cancer in their lives knows what a good job Macmillan does to help families get through the tough times.

Which is why at Foodsmiths we all agreed we should do something that would go toward telling cancer to royally 'muck off'. So we're standing up to cancer; we say standing, we mean running, slipping, climbing, possibly even crying, in mud and lots of it for 13 miles as a team, together.

Tough Mudder London West 2016...It's going to be emotional, it's going to be muddy but it's going to be worth it.
