Trading Visions is a small charity focusing on fair trade education and campaigning. We tell the story of chocolate, drawing on our work with a co-operative of Fairtrade cocoa farmers in Ghana. We aim to bring together consumers and producers in fun and accessible educational experiences.

Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.  I'll be running the London Marathon this year in support of the "Fairtrade Kids Tour" hosted by the Fairtrade Foundation and Trading Visions.  The goal of the kids tour is to bring two young people from a rural Fairtrade cocoa growing community in Ghana to the UK this summer to meet local kids at schools and conferences.  They will inspire kids in the UK to understand how Fairtrade makes a difference to their lives.

I'm looking forward to the challenge of running the London Marathon again!  I'm also looking forward to the challenge of raising money for the upcoming kids' tour coordinated by this local charity. It's a "close to home" cause, one that will keep me focused on training (and, perhaps, eating more than normal amounts of Fair Trade chocolate!).
