Event: The Big Walk 2020 'with a difference', from 1 July 2020 to 31 July 2020
To take part you will need to walk 26 miles in the month of July. You can complete the walk at your pace whether you challenge yourself to walk the miles in one day or gradually throughout the month.

Story

Having just been diagnosed with early Prostate Cancer I really want to support getting the message out there as I got the knowledge from talking with one of my best mates which encouraged me to get checked out even though I had no symptoms! (but a family history). Early detection saves lives, help me get the message out there as us men are crap talking about this stuff!

I am running 26 miles in the month of July to support Prostate Cymru, Wales' leading prostate health charity. Did you know Prostate Cancer affects 1 in 8 men, and the risk increases to 1 in 3 with a family history? Prostate Cymru has no government funding and is separate to Prostate Cancer UK. All money raised stays in Wales. The charities key aims are:- Raising awareness- Support services for those suffering with prostate health and their families- Training & supporting medical professionals- Research & innovation projects- Improving medical equipment for treatments in WalesPlease support me by donating to this great cause!#TogetherInSpirit2020
