Story

Thanks for your interest in my London to Brighton Bike Ride in June.

I've not ridden my bike for a few years, and not completed the London to Brighton since I was 16! This time round, I'm taking on the challenge with my wife Natalja, and teenage son, Xander. We've been training for this for a while now, and we're looking forward to riding it and raising money for a superb charity.

We only have one heart, and a poorly one requires treatment discovered through medical research. The British Heart Foundation has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's thanks to support from people like you and me that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. Every pound raised helps, so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!

If each of my friends and social media followers were to donate just £1, I'd smash my target of £1000!

Please could spare a couple of minutes to donate a pound or two, or a couple of dollars to this amazing cause?

I'd be extremely grateful if you could sponsor me. Thank you.
