Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We believe all children have big dreams. But not every child gets the chance to make them a reality.

We will be running a Colchester Stampede 10k on 14 May on behalf of Teach First our charity partnership. Teach First is an incredible charity that helps support schools facing the toughest challenges through leadership training at all levels. Because when a school's leadership team thrives, their pupils thrive too.

When we get the foundations right for disadvantaged pupils, every young person can have the opportunities they deserve. But we need
your help to make it happen.

Together MS Amlin and Teach First's partnership champions:

- directly supporting fairer, more inclusive access to quality education;

- widening access to career opportunities for pupils who have traditionally lacked access; and

- championing social mobility and advocating for more diversified workforces for the future.

Your support will supercharge Teach Firsts 2030 ambition to transform England’s top 1,000 most underperforming schools.

No one gets a second chance at childhood. Together, let's make sure everyone gets a first!

"It was Nelson Mandela who once said that education is the most powerful weapon to change the world."- Harbinder, Teach First
fundraiser

How can your donation make a difference?

£50 could fund a career session for six young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

£100 could give an aspiring school leader an hour's 1:1 coaching session, to sharpen their skills and make the biggest impact in the
classroom and beyond.

£250 can contribute towards funding a full year's training for a teacher supporting the most disadvantaged pupils.

Thank you so much,

Gemma & Brendan
