Fundraising for Grief Encounter
Story
Written by Lynn. My parents died suddenly of heart attacks when I was a teenager, 16 & 19. I WISH that Grief Encounter had been around at the time to help me cope with such tragic events.
We a team of four incredible women, who will run, walk, bike, dance, swim, play tennis and more all the way to 3,168 km - The Appalachian (virtual) Trial.
This is 792 km each!. I have set a goal of completing by 31st Dec 2021. This could be unrealistic...ah nevermind. The competition between us will be amusing. Watch out for regular updates on Twitter from all four of us.
