This year the majority of people are hoping they will be able to spend Christmas with loved ones and that restrictions will enable them to do just that.  BUT, some people don't have friends, family or loved ones to spend Christmas with and for them it can be a desperately lonely and miserable time.  The Society of St James reach out to as many homeless people as they can to provide them with a Christmas meal, which is actually more than just a meal, hopefully it will give them company, memories and a bit of joy.  This is why they are our chosen charity this year.
