Mr and Mrs Simmons are running the Brighton Marathon, yes all 26.2 miles of it! 

We need to rack up some serious support to help raise money for the Rowans Hospice which is a local charity that offer free care and support for people with cancer and life limiting illnesses. They do this at a cost of £5 million a year, so they really need the help! 

When you are deciding how much to donate think of us doing our 3 hour runs in the middle of winter and what a great cause its for!! Although any donation is greatly appreciated we know all our family and friends are a generous bunch so we have no concerns about hitting our whopping target of £1500!!
