2nd Annual MI-GSO PCUBED May Steps Challenge, 31 May 2023
We use the power of sport to enhance the lives of disabled people

Story

At MI-GSO | PCUBED, we have been supporting Disability Sports Coach for over 6 years. Last year we raised over £6,500 for the charity to support their fantastic and valuable work bringing sports and inclusivity to Disabled people across London and the UK. This year we hope to do even better!

Over the month of May (National Walking Month), we will be getting our steps in, whether that be walking to the shops, going for a hike, walking around the office or walking to the fridge.

There will be multiple challenges throughout the month, an overarching challenge of most steps in a month, with a minimum number of steps expected for the month (155,000 which equates to 5,000 per day). There will be extra points for volunteering in your community, making your exercise more green, and litter picking!

About the charity

We use the power of sport to enhance the lives of disabled people. Disabled people are twice as likely to be inactive as non-disabled people. Through our inclusive clubs, coaching sessions in schools and expert-led training, we break down barriers to sport for 5,000 disabled people each year.
