Moy Park Randalstown is stepping it up by attempting to reach 1 million steps each in 90 days (around 11,111 steps a day) in aid of Action Mental Health. 

Established in 1963, Action Mental Health (AMH) actively promotes the mental health and well-being of people in Northern Ireland.  

1 in 5 adults in Northern Ireland will show signs of a mental illness and almost 50% of long term absences from work are due to mental health issues. The last year has certainly taken its toll on many people and Action Mental Health provides valuable resources to those who need it.
