This September we will be undertaking one of the most frightening (for Alice) and exhilarating (for Mike) challenges out there - we will be descending the Cheese Grater building which will involve an abseil of approximately 192m. This is the first time in history that anyone will have abseiled this building. 

We will be abseiling in memory of Ray Moxley, who loved both music and the outdoors and who would have laughed joyously at the thought of us doing this. 

As father and daughter we have been granted a slot together and will attach GoPro's to the front and backs of our head, feat, legs, etc, to collate footage to show you once we have abseiled!
