I work for MOVE Charity as the 5k Your Way Operational Manager and my colleague, Helen Murray, is our Cancer Rehab Specialist. 

The mission of MOVE Charity is to support and inspire people to Move Against Cancer. 

We do this through our Online Programme for Young People living with or beyond cancer, led by specialised cancer rehab instructors. And through our 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer Initiative with groups across the UK and Ireland linked to parkrun. 

We want to raise at least £1600, which is the amount it costs MOVE to support four young person (aged 13-30) for 8 weeks, via MOVE's 1-1 online Building Foundations Programme.
