As you may or may not have not known, we were to take on Ben Nevis this year but with the way things are we are taking on a much bigger challenge by doing the 7 highest peaks of the Mournes in 1 day! This will be no easy task,  but at the moment seems nothing in comparison to what some folk have been through and are still going through, so if you could spare a few quid it would be very much appreciated! 

For Extern, the rapidly changing situation has meant that some of their services particularly those supporting people who are homeless or living in hostels for eg young people and family respite centres now face a shortage of important items.In addition to requesting donations for their hardship appeal, they are urgently appealing for members of the public to help them source vital items which are in high demand and proving difficult to source. These include basic mobile phones and credit, foil blankets for people who are homeless, warm clothing, handwash/soap, hand wipes, nappies, cleaning fluids/equipment and sanitary products.The people we support and their families, need their support now more than ever.
