We did it!!

On Friday 11th September 2009 we set off from Whitehaven and cycled 147 miles across the country to Sunderland in aid of Cancer Reasearch UK.

There were no accidents and no punctures... it didn't even rain. Some of the hills nearly finished us off but all in all it was a great challenge which we really enjoyed.

A very big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us, whether you have donated money on this website, in one of the events we've organised, whether you're our excellent support driver (Jon!) or a wife-of-participant, we couldn't have raised this cash without you!
