Story
Morgan Sindall Essex are taking part in a triple challenge on the 19th August 2023 consisting of approximately 10.5 miles cycling, 9 miles trekking and 2.5 miles kayaking all in one day, back to back. We are completing this challenge to raise vital funds for our charity of year St Helena Hospice. If you have ever needed the support of a Hospice you will know first hand the vital work that is completed. Pleas support us in our journey to raise these funds. You won't just be supporting us on our challenge but the whole training journey too.
St Helena Hospice provides specialist palliative and end of life care to local people facing incurable illness in north east Essex, supporting them, their families, friends and carers. Their goal is to be here every step of the way, helping life to go on in the face of dying, death and bereavement.
