Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41.The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a brighter future for people with CF and their families by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.

Many of you now know Jacob was diagnosed with CF when he was only 3 days old. Our hearts shattered and our lives changed forever. Catapulted into a different parenthood journey we did not see coming. Our hearts will be forever broken by the diagnosis, until a cure is found for our little Jacob and everyone else who is affected by CF.  Although our hearts are broken, we have a belly full of fire to fight this!!!!!     I have set this page up to help raise money for this amazing charity, because I know deep down in my heart that with donations from you kind souls that  CF will soon stand for CURE FOUND 🙌🏻💛 How AMAZING would that be?☺️ I know you will help us fight it 🙏
