As you may already know, this year I have been taking part in the Adidas City Run 10k events.  I have a final event taking place on Sunday 18 November 2018, the Fulham 10k.

Sunday 18 November, is the date that my grandson, had he survived birth, would have been 1 years old.  So I am dedicating my run in Fulham, the final in the series of runs, to my grandson Kairo.  As a result, I have decided to also raise money, in his honour for SANDS, a still birth charity.

I have set a target, but please, anything you can give, towards that target, no matter how small, it all counts and would be fantastic and very much appreciated.
