Jessica is 5 years old and was born with a neurological condition called Periventricular Leukmalacia (PVL) which has led to her having spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. 

She has been accepted for an operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) which leads to a life changing reduction of spasticity. This has meant many children who have had the operation and carry on with a supportive program of intensive physiotherapy and exercise when back home, can look to a more independent future and being able to take steps under their own steam.

To get Jessica to America for this operation and the intensive physiotherapy required, we would like to raise as much money as we can Every little bit helps Jessica nearer to fulfilling a dream.
