Story

We are a transgenerational team of amateur athletic enthusiasts!

This is Emma's second super sprint triathlon - she liked Blenheim so much last year that she signed up Ben and Paul to join her this time around (although sadly this enthusiasm hasn't yet translated into much training, she still hasn't swum a single stroke since Blenheim 2021...)

Ben and Paul are sure to leave her in their dust -  Paul brings his prodigious skill at distance running and Ben his unusually long limbs. Supporting from the sidelines will be our daughter/granddaughter Zoe (aged almost 15 months on race day).

We are raising money for a really important local charity: Salusbury World has been helping refugee communities in northwest London for over twenty years. Their mission is to support and empower refugee and migrant children, young people and families to overcome obstacles, realise their rights and potential, and be able to rebuild hopeful, fulfilling lives in London.
