In April 2024, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, in memory of my dad who died of a heart attack when he was 40 years old, I was 18 months old and my sister Beth was four. 

British Heart Foundation fund life-saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers - heart and circulatory diseases.
