I am cycling London to Brighton for the British heart foundation because of the tragic and unexpected death of my friend Dale Butler who was taken suddenly whilst playing football aged just 18. Dale was an incredible individual who had the ability to light up a room just by being in it. Dale is very much missed by all of his family and friends. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to raise money in order to support research into heart disease and prevent others going through the same heartache that affected everyone who knew Dale.
