Sunflowers Children's Action Group is a small, volunteer run charity. The charity's aim is to create special, inclusive events and activities for children who suffer from life-limiting and/or life-threatening conditions. The 'sunflowers' as they are known, may endure harsh and painful treatments, are regularly isolated from school, friends and family. This walk will help to raise awareness of Sunflowers Children's Action Group and will help to create special activities for children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
