In the year to April, there has been an 89% increase in the need for emergency food parcels and a shocking 107% increase in children needing support. The craziness of the pandemic  is only going to accentuate this situation and lots of people need your help. 

I’ll be putting myself through a large amount of pain on Saturday...yes, I may have been fit once upon a time, but with two training runs I will defo be earning your money. Dig deep and send some money or go to your local food bank and donate some food. 

Last year, food banks in our network provided more than 1.6 million emergency food parcels to people in crisis. More than half a million of these went to children.
