Story

Its that time of year and I'm afaid we are pestering you again, please feel free to ignore us! Phil , Mollie ,Duncan Hannah and  Freddie  are on their bikes raising money for several charities: Diabetes care and Education,  Medicine Sans Frontiers, Floating Doctors, The Anthony Nolan Trust . We will be cycling in 4 different teams  on a 450 mile route.
Starting from Troyes, through forests and river valleys to the banks of the Saone in Macon, and then heading south into the Rhone Alps and the Vercors mountains, with about 175 miles and 3600m of climbing. Finally, through Grenoble to the foot of the Belledone mountains, climbing to the ski resort of Chamrousse at 1750m and decnding to finish at the final climb of Alp d'Huez.

Should be fun but we will be knackered! Thankyou from us all.
