Story
Thank you everyone for supporting me last year and help me raise £332+gift aid = £350 for UNICEF UK.
I am so happy that with the money raised UNICEF could buy warm blankets for 50 babies or life-saving food for 25 children for a whole week.
This year as I turn 8 in October 2023, just like last year I want to give up my birthday gifts to raise funds and support less fortunate children in the UK and around the world via UNICEF UK.
I think this is the best birthday gift anyone can give me, when they help me help others.
Love
Moksha
Friends and family can support Moksha and donate to this cause instead of buying gifts for her which eventually make way to landfills no matter how much she may love those. In the grander scheme of things, as most of us know, more stuff than we actually need is neither helping the planet nor us! Hence, she has decided to raise funds for a cause as this on her birthday.
There are around 10 million children in need around the world
right now. Surely, 10 million fortunate children from around the world can make a big difference to the lives of these children through such small acts of kindness and empathy.
