Mojo's Great Birthday Cosplay Challenge!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My name is Jo but some people know me as Mojo Jones the cosplayer and nerdlesque performer.
I lost my mum to breast cancer in 2006.
I lost my dad 6 years later to prostate cancer.
I am now Batman.
Or at least I would like to be a superhero. This is where cosplay comes in and why I am using it as a way to raise money in memory of my parents.
I will be doing a separate event in memory of my dad early next year but for my birthday this year I want to raise money in memory of my beautiful, incredibly kind and utterly daft mum. She made my first ever costumes and it is thanks to her that I have such a passion for costuming and performance so she would be most amused by this challenge.
My 32nd birthday falls on the Sunday of MCM Expo comic convention in London. I will therefore be attempting to pull off(and on and then off and then on again) 32 different cosplays over the course of the convention weekend. It's a mammoth task so I will need as much support as possible.
During the course of the weekend I will be doing characters from film, comics, TV, novels, videogames and paying tribute to my mum in a very special outfit just for her. There will be stupid team up cosplays with friends(Big Lebowski, Mythbusters etc) and I will also use my burlesque skills to turn from one character to another for some performance pieces.
So please sponsor me! I promise you entertainment in return.
I have chosen Hospiscare Devon as they looked after my mum in her final week and then my family in the days and weeks following. They made the most difficult time of my life more bearable than I ever thought it could be. The are superheroes and they deserve the funding so very much.
