Some of you will know that I'm a Samaritans volunteer. But did you know ...
- Every six seconds, somebody contacts Samaritans. Ten times a minute, they can help someone turn their life around. That’s a privilege, and a huge responsibility.
- Samaritans are "open" round the clock, every single day of the year.
- Samaritans support anyone who needs them through 201 branches across the UK and ROI
- Every single day 16 people decide to end their own life through suicide
I'm one of over 20,000 volunteers, giving up a few hours a week. We know Samaritans can help - but we need all the help we can get. Please help by sponsoring me in this trek so we can add some more pennies to the coffers.
