Organised by Future Publishing, the 2020 Mobile Industry Awards is delighted to be collaborating with mental health charity Mind.

Running for 18 years, the Mobile Industry Awards represent the gold standard of excellence in the industry - from the boardroom to the grassroots. The event will take place on Friday 25th September 2020 at the Royal Lancaster, London.

Highlighting the importance of a healthy mind, the collaboration with Mind will be signified by an all-new category for 2020. The inaugural People and Culture award category, will ask entrants to showcase how they created an engaging, inclusive, and diverse culture that has helped bring staff together, improving both the workplace environment and the company’s performance as a result.

In addition, every category for 2020 will ask entrants about their staff and impact on performance, following research conducted by Mind which found that less than half of staff think managers would spot their mental health problems, despite two in three managers feeling confident promoting well being.
