Rob and Mark are planning to run 100 miles across England on August 17th, from the West Coast of Yorkshire, through the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors finishing near Whitby on the East coast, hopefully in 24 hours. A goal which was born on a dark and cold New Year's day, whilst thinking of a fairly lofty goal we could do this year, as we want to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK, a charity aiming to save lives and also improve the quality of life of everyone affected by Bowel Cancer.
