Supporting our good friend Adrian Murphy who is Chair of MND Scotland and has also completed 5 massively challenging events over the last couple of months - the Great Scottish run being one last push to raise as much as we can for this remarkable charity. 

MND is a cause very close to Adrian's heart as his brother Brian was diagnosed with this in 2019. he is raising £40,000 throughout this Summer for MND Scotland's 40th anniversary year.

 Many rely heavily on MND Scotland for free support to make living with MND easier, and for help to get the care they need in place in time.
