Thank you so much to everyone who has donated! We hit our original target of $2,500 on Friday evening -- before MLK Weekend even started! Because of your generosity, we've upped our goal to 4,500 which would allow us to generate 18,000 meals!

When faced with hunger, it's difficult to prepare for the unexpected.

The Central Texas Food Bank believes in providing comprehensive support to address urgent issues, and to ensure that our neighbors have the tools and information needed to access food and other programs through our network, now or whenever they find themselves in need.

Due to COVID, the best way to support the food bank is monetary donations. They are currently purchasing pre-made emergency boxes for hungry Central Texans, and monetary donations will help purchase exactly what is needed. Here at the food bank, $1 creates 4 meals. We are also trying to limit the amount of folks touching the collected food donations.
