Story

This year, once again, I'm running the Great North Triple - 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon - for Alzheimer's Research UK in memory of my grandmother, who passed away from the disease.

This will be my third Great North Run and second on the original course, so I look forward to training and completing the race. If you want to follow my progress you can view my running progress via Strava on this page and I'll be adding links to the race results on this page.

Your support would mean the world to me and if you cannot donate, please consider sharing this page with your friends and family.
