Restart Rugby is a charity very very close to my heart, after suffering from an array of mental health and addiction Issues, I tried to take my own life whilst still playing professional rugby. The guys from the RPA Mike McCarthy and Richard Bryan stepped in and threw funding from the amazing charity that is restart rugby, my rehab was funded aswell as endless trips to Cognacity to speak to medical professionals. This amazing charity saves lives..

Times are currently very tough for charities with fundraisers and events being cancelled, so to raise much needed funds for a charity that doesn’t just work with current players but retired players like myself I will be completing a 100km on a treadmill in under 12 hours.

Will be auctioning off various players shirts and signed boots so keep your eyes peeled!

This charity works tirelessly for players over many, many different categories especially and most crucially mental health!!

Players give everything for club and country but their lives can change in an instant. Should the worst happen, Restart is there to provide financial, practical and emotional support, helping with the cost of medical treatment, rehabilitation and career transition. We also provide a counselling service for players and their families during their darkest times.
