Story

On 12th September 2021, Mike O'Hare very sadly passed away, following a long battle with dementia.

To mark the one-year anniversary of his passing, two of his sons - Alasdair & Andrew - and two of his nephews - Jonny & Phil - will be running the Great North Run in his memory, and to raise money for St. Cuthbert's Hospice in Durham.

St. Cuthbert's, and in particular the team at the Living Well Centre, provided invaluable support to our family throughout Mike's illness. As a small token of our gratitude, we hope to raise some money to support the essential work they do.
