Mixteca has been supporting the Sunset Park community since the early days of the AIDS crisis 20 years ago. Mixteca is a second home for Spanish-speaking immigrant families to receive social-emotional support, education, and leadership skills necessary to achieve sustainable livelihoods and thrive in New York City. I am celebrating with Mixteca and ask you to make a donation of any amount to my campaign and help us advance Mixtecas purpose to enrich, equip, and empower the Latinx Community in Brooklyn and beyond by creating a fundraiser to mark your special occasion.
