On Saturday 6 April, I'll be taking on a Superhero Abseil on behalf of St Catherine's Hospice.

3 years ago I overcame my fears of sharks by getting in the cage with them. This time around, I will overcome my fear of heights by Abseiling down the Sandman Signature Hotel and enabling a fantastic charity to keep on giving.

St Catherine's Hospice are a local charity with big ambition. St Catherine’s vision is for a world where everyone facing death and bereavement can do so informed, supported and pain free. Their team of experts are there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when they need support the most, and they rely on donations to be able to offer their pioneering care.
