As a team, we are taking on the Graig100, a challenging cycle ride through the Welsh hills. We are doing this to help support the physical and mental health of seafarers and their families as they endure danger & isolation each day. These last 18 months have been unprecedented for us all but particularly those at sea. Around 1.5 million seafarers risk their lives every day to support our shipping industry.
