Story
Over the 28 days of February I will be running 100 miles and giving up chocolate to raise money for this fantastic cause and to encourage my students to take on their own challenges to raise money for Mind or raise awareness and understanding about mental health.
At the start of this academic year I asked my students what charity they would like to support. They have chosen Mind as they appreciate how important the support they provide is to people in our local community, particularly at this very uncertain time.
It doesn't matter how big or small your contribution is, it is very much appreciated <3
Mid and North East Essex Mind is here to support and empower people experiencing an emotional or mental health condition by building on their personal hopes and aspirations. They work with children, young people and adults across the area. They believe no one should face a mental health problem alone.
