My name is Natasha and I am your current Miss County Durham Galaxy. As part of my journey over the next year I will be using all of my efforts to raise as much money for the Christie that I possibly can. Over the past two years I have raised over £5,000 for The Christie and I cannot wait to add to this total. 

For those that don’t know The Christie charity raises money for a range of projects and initiatives focusing on 4 main areas, research, care and treatment, education and extra patient services. All of which are above and beyond what the NHS provide enabling them to provide their patients with the best care and treatment possible. 

From providing continuous funding for the cancer information centre and wig services, helping patients and their families cope with the effects of treatment, to raising money for new developments the Christie work tirelessly to make the battle of cancer the best it can be.
