Thank you for thinking about sponsoring me on behalf of Send a Cow and in celebration of the life of my godson, Marcus Hughes-Hallett.

Send a Cow is a small charity that is close to the hearts of Marcus' parents. Every donation means a great deal to all of us and will have a significant impact on the lives of those the charity helps.

Marcus was a gifted young man who sadly died in an accident in 2012 at the end of his first year studying at Cambridge University. He twice worked at Egon Zehnder in his summer holidays and taking on a challenge in his memory seems to be a good way to remember him.

To raise money for Send a Cow I plan to walk across the Isle of Wight (26 hilly miles) at the beginning of May - something Marcus would have found easy but for me will be a real challenge!
