The MND Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland dedicated to improve care and support for people affected by MND . MND is a terminal illness with a life expectancy of anything between 3 months and 10 years on average. There is currently no cure so your money will go towards vital research into causes and hopefully one day a cure.

This horrendous disease has affected the family of a close friend of mine and so I will be running as part of a team in support of their incredible strength.
